Our mobile and web app allows you to order transport and delivery services from our partners or companies.

The SN LIFT application has been developed by an international IT company headquartered in ENGLAND.

1. HOW TO CONTACT US ?

    Connecting to the application allows us to identify you.

2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

    The above-mentioned company acts as "controller", in accordance with the applicable legislation. The controller defines the purposes and means of personal data processing.

  2. Our application uses a unique authentication tool. Once registered, you will be able to use our application in all countries where we distribute them. Your personal data will not be transferred to other applications we distribute until you start using them.

  2. The data you provide directly to us is necessary for the proper operation of the application. Without this data, you will not be able to place an order, make a payment or use other functions.
  3. Data generated during interaction with our application, data collected by the authentication tool you use in applications provided by members of our group or received from our marketing agencies are used to meet legitimate interests while respecting your rights.
  4. We may ask for your consent to use data to organize your participation in promotions or other events.

    In all cases, you will be informed of the data collected and the purpose of the data collection. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

    You may refuse to give such consent and this will not affect your ability to use our applications.

  5. In exceptional cases, such as a medical emergency or pandemic, we may process your data for important public interest purposes, to protect your vital interests or those of third parties, or for public health interest purposes.
  6. We use automated data processing as part of our anti-fraud systems, which automatically detect your activity in the application and block certain functions or the ability to place an order. This enables us to quickly protect your account and our financial interests, as well as those of our partners and third parties, in the performance of our contract with you.
    If you consider that our systems have made a mistake, please let us know.
  7. We process your data until the purpose of the processing has been achieved. We may continue to process your data if such processing is required by law or is necessary to protect our rights and interests or those of third parties.
    For example, data relating to an order is kept for a corresponding period of time.
  8. NUMERO DE TELEPHONE conversations with our customer service and with drivers, couriers or delivery personnel are recorded if they take place via the applications or the contact details indicated in the applications.

    Recordings of conversations between the customer and the driver, courier or delivery person are kept for 30 days, and recordings of conversations between the customer and the customer service team are kept for 3 months. They are accessible only to our authorized personnel.

4. DO WE SHARE/TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  1. Your personal data will only be shared with the parties who:
    1. Contribute directly to the provision of services in the application:

      With our partners involved in receiving and processing your order and providing software solutions for the same purpose; with our affiliates providing authentication tools and data centers; and with companies that help us support our customers.

    2. Have the right to receive your data in accordance with the law:

      For example, if law enforcement agencies are duly empowered to do so.

    3. Helps us improve our application:

      Advertising or device identifiers may be passed on to companies that provide us with advertising or analytical services. Data relating to technical errors that occur during the use of our services are passed on to our affiliates who participate in the development of our applications.

  2. The parties to whom we transmit your data may be located in different countries.
    Some of these countries do not offer the same level of data protection or data subject rights as the country where we provide the application. In such cases, we follow the necessary procedures to ensure that your rights are respected and that your personal data is protected during and after the transfer. 5. HOW CAN YOU ENSURE YOUR RIGHTS ARE RESPECTED?

  1. Access

    You always have access to your personal data. Once you have logged in to the application using our authentication tool, you will have access to your order history, identification details and banking information. If you use login and password authentication, you can obtain a copy of all your data by following the instructions provided at support@snlyft.com. You can also use this link if you use authentication by phone number, first name and surname, by updating your account with your login name and password. To update your account, click on menu (top left of the application) - your name - your phone number, then follow the on-screen instructions.

  2. Modification

    Once you have logged in to the application using our authentication tool, you will be able to modify your personal data in the application. If you are unable to make changes to your data via the application, please contact our customer service department.

  3. Elimination

    Once you have logged in to the application using our authentication tool and updated your account with your login name and password, you will be able to remove your personal data from the application (support@snlyft.com) or delete your account completely (support@snlyft.com).

    If you are using older versions of our authentication tool (phone number only) to delete all your personal data, send us a request via the application by clicking on the menu (top left of the application) - support, then select the subject of the request.

    We must retain certain data after you have deleted it from the application, in particular data which must be retained in accordance with legislation or which is necessary to protect our interests, in particular in connection with legal proceedings. The possibility of deleting data may be limited by legislation or regulations relating to freedom of expression and information.

  4. Treatment limitation

    In certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. For example, if you wish to make changes to your personal data, you can ask our customer service department to restrict the processing of your data until the changes have been made. Contact our customer service department to continue.

  5. Practical format

    If your personal data has been processed by automated means on the basis of your consent or on the basis of a contract with us (for example, to provide you with features of the application), you have the right to receive this data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can obtain this data by logging on to the application using our authentication tool and updating your account using your username (login) and password and following the instructions provided at the following address:. support@snlyft.com

  6. Objection

    You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if you believe that the processing violates your rights. Please note that the right to object can only be exercised if we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests.

  7. Complaints

    We are always open to your complaints and suggestions. Please address them to our customer service team.

    You can also file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

6. HOW IS THIS DOCUMENT MODIFIED?

  1. We may inform you by any available means (push notifications in the application, SMS or

e-mail) in the event of changes to this privacy notice that may materially affect your rights.

This would be the case, for example, if we added new categories of data that may be processed or new purposes for which data is processed. You will be informed of any such changes before they take effect.
